The EU Commission provides an online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform) between consumers and online traders. The ODR platform can be accessed via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can contact us via the ODR platform. As a rule, we will then contact you directly, as we are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
